These Terms of Service govern your use of the Qiglow app. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you have questions, contact us at support@getqiflow.com.

1. General

By downloading, installing, or using Qiglow, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Qiglow. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Use

You may register using email OTP, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@getqiflow.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to reclaim inactive accounts after providing prior notice.

4. Service Description and Disclaimer

Qiglow provides compatibility analysis, Five Elements energy readings, daily guidance, 27-mansion compatibility, and an AI Energy Guide.

Important: All content is provided for personal reflection and entertainment only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made in reliance on content provided by this app.

5. Subscriptions

• Qiglow offers an auto-renewing "Premium" subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's App Store account settings.
• Refunds are governed by Apple's App Store refund policy. We are unable to process refund requests directly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Qiglow — including UI design, graphics, interpretive text, and proprietary algorithms — is owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Qiglow to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
• Transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the service;
• Access the service through automated means without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qiglow and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through app settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of California.

12. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• Acknowledgment: These Terms are between you and Qiglow only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Scope of License: The license granted to you for the App is a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.
• Maintenance and Support: Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
• Warranty: Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you.
• Product Claims & IP: Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including intellectual property infringement claims.
• Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you.
